SMPN 1 Turen secara konsisten melaksanakan berbagai program pembiasaan yang dirancang khusus untuk membentuk dan memperkuat karakter positif peserta didik. Kegiatan-kegiatan ini terintegrasi dalam jadwal harian dan mingguan sekolah, mencakup aspek intelektual, spiritual, dan sosial.
